A graduate in Commerce from Bangalore University, Mr. Kapil Kumar Jain current role is CEO of Vacxigen Lifesciences. He is credited with growing the group company’s business in various countries. His strength is networking skills within the industry and beyond that, he uses to good effect for the benefit of organization for mutual collaboration. His positive approach helps him surmount a variety of challenges that are part and parcel of CEO’s daily routine. Vijay Nahar

Mr. Vijay Nahar has quite an impressive portfolio, with a graduate degree in Commerce from Jain College Bangalore. He was serving as the Managing Director of
R S M Pharma Private Limited Bangalore, a pharmaceutical distribution company operating for over two decades. He had been managing this role since 1^st September 2007. His benevolent nature has always kept him engaged in various activities like investing in start-ups in healthcare and related areas. He also devotes his free time to mentoring and provide instrumental support to expand the Indian Ecosystem in the Healthcare Startup space.

Dr. Arpan Maheshwari

Dr. Arpan has been a pioneer in the industry with over 18 years of experience in the field of vaccine manufacturing and development. He is credited for setting up the first vaccine manufacturing plant in Bangladesh. During his career journey, he has worked with leading vaccine manufacturers in India. He is considered to be a stalwart in vaccine development and manufacturing and also having huge credibility with a regulatory body such as DCGI, UNFPO, WHO Geneva. In his spare time Dr. Arpan listens to Indian classical music or catches up with live cricket action on TV.

Jaideep Ghosh

Marketing and Sales Head

Jaideep Ghosh is a specialist in Pharma Sales and Marketing. He brings subject matter expertise in Oncology, Vaccines, Nephrology, and Diabetes gained over a period of 25 years working in leading MNC’s and Indian companies in leadership positions. At Vacxigen, he plays a strategic role in developing a ‘Go To’ market plan and marketing and sales of new vaccines in the market.

He holds a Masters in Biochemistry (MSc) degree and completed his Master of Management Studies (MMS) from Bombay University. He is an avid distance runner and has competed in the Mumbai Half Marathon several times. He is a keen reader of autobiographies of famous personalities and never misses an opportunity to order a newly released book online.
